Join a passionate team with a reputation and delivery like no other!
Are you a passionate Registered Architect looking to embark on a career pathway within Education, Medical and Specialty Technical projects?

About you
Our client is looking for an experienced, passionate, achievement focused Registered Architect to join their team. As an experienced Registered Architect, you will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience within an architectural practice, with both critical and design thinking experience.
Your great communication and influencing skills, both verbal and written will be paramount to your success within the team and with creating client and stakeholder confidence on projects. You will need to be able to think on your feet and critically analyse all information in front of you to make decisions without exposing the team to unworkable assumptions.

You must be proficient in the use of Revit and have demonstrated experience documenting for a range of commercial building types and a background in drafting across a broad scope of projects.

As a strong team player your ability to take accountability and work collaboratively on team projects is essential. You will need to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines in a fast-moving environment whilst maintaining a high level of attention to detail. You will be open to being trained on exceptions handling and how to deviate from them as there is a fine margin in effective decision making.
Furthermore, you will be someone who can think outside the box but is also disciplined about following process and managing your own training retention. You will be cognisant to the knock-on effect of changes and committed to collaboration and getting internal and external approval for variations during the design and documentation process.

You will fit within a close, supportive, process-driven team who relies on each individual’s conscientiousness and proactive organisation skills to succeed. If you are wanting to forge a career in specialist architectural design within a reputable personable business then this role is for you!
