We have a 124m2 open plan space (split in 2 halves) in Murarrie.
It can be reconfigured to suit you if you need it! e.g. consult rooms etc.
We occupy it on Monday's from around 10am to 330pm for Tony in my team to perform document shredding (very quiet!) for clients. Tony has an acquired brain injury and I have a small business consulting firm helping small business across Australia and the South Pacific. I need the space for my mate Tony to do his work once a week.
We'd love to share the space with 1 or 2 other small businesses.
Rent would be $150/week if we seek a 3rd business.
Or, if just you and us, it would be approx $290/week.
$ include GST and outgoings. You just turn up!
There are 2 dedicated car parks in front of the tenancy and then a lot of spare car parks in the communal area and on the street.
There is a kitchenette, bathroom, projector, whiteboard etc.
And we can arrange anything else you might need!
